Really late home from work and the other half wasn't going climbing, so I ended up sitting in front of TV. Felt good now, but will regret it when I'm ploughing (slowly) up a hill on 1st January! Booked back in for Tuesday to make up for it.
Wrote my speech for the weekend wedding, and checked the route for the 20miler on Saturday (walking, not running). Weather meant to be getting warmer, so hopefully we won't be walking on ice!
